Writer, director and actor Gerry Stembridge visited De Valera Public Library, Ennis, on Tuesday, 28 February. Gerry spoke to our book club members about his recent novel 'Unspoken' which we had recently chosen as our book club read. He enjoys visiting bookclubs to receive feedback on his writing and the book club members were more than willing to share their views on the book. Gerry gave an interesting insight into the workings of a writer and how writing for theatre and film differs from novels. An enjoyable night was had by all.
