"Social Enterprise -- Clare Crusaders Children's Charity, Clare. The Clare Crusaders Children's Charity was founded in 2005 by Ann Norton, Frank Cassidy and the late Howard Flannery, to provide much needed therapy to children with special needs in areas such as cerebral palsy, autism, and Down syndrome. Located in Barefield, Co. Clare, the Clare Crusaders Children's Clinic is run on a voluntary basis and provides a variety of therapies to over 230 children in the Clare region.
