The Wild Atlantic Way - A brief snapshot
"A brief snapshot of the Wild Atlantic Way as it winds its way down the coast of West Clare & North Kerry, flanking the Atlantic for the whole route. Stunning scenery, abundant wildlife, the smell of salt & countless reasons for getting out of the car. Ancient Castles for you to discover at your own pace, Soaring Sea stacks with their obligatory cormorants perched atop watching for the silver flash of a shoal of fish. Europe's largest resident pod of Bottlenose dolphins & the cliffs of North Kerry & the very best place to see them from. Your almost guaranteed to spot them on a fine day as they herd shoals of fish in towards to beaches of Ballybunion. Surf Schools, Kayaking, miles & miles of Golden Beaches with life guards. Great Pubs, great restauraunts, the only difficulty will be getting back into the car!! Prepared by The West Clare - North
